Ordering Instructions
Catalog items can be ordered by phone +1 (978) 486-4160 or by sending a Purchase Order (PO) or email to sales@controlres.com and pay via terms, credit card, wire transfer or ACH.
Account Setup: Don’t have an account with us and want to set up payment terms? Complete our Credit Application Form. If approved, we can finalize your payment terms.
Payment Details:
- We accept all major credit cards (up to $2,000), ACH, and prepaid wire transfers.
- A $25 fee applies to international wire transfers under $1,000.
- Net terms are available for orders over $2,000, subject to credit approval.
- Please note that standard catalog products require a $50 minimum invoice (excluding shipping), while Class 1 specials (minor variants) are subject to a $500 minimum. Class 2 specials (major variants) require a $1,200 minimum, and custom, obsolete, or NRFND (Not Recommended for New Designs) products require a $2,500 minimum order.
Minimum Invoice: $50 minimum invoice for all standard catalog products (does not include shipping costs).
Minimum Line Item & Invoice: $500 for class 1 specials (minor variants of standard catalog products), $1,200 for class 2 specials (major variant of standard catalog products) when not in stock. $2,500 for custom, obsolete and products Not Recommended for New Designs (NRFND) when not in stock. No line item minimum for all other products.
