September 2014: Stratus II VFD now available with PID Plus programming for constant pressure, flow or other transducer input.

Control Resources has added PID Plus programming to the standard Stratus II variable frequency drive (VFD). Using PID Plus with the Control Resources Navigator handheld remote programmer or MODBUS interface, one can program:

  • A control setpoint to maintain constant pressure, flow or other transducer input
  • Maximum and Minimum motor speeds (0-400Hz)
  • Maximum and Minimum transducer inputs (0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA)
  • Correlated or inverted speed response
  • Dampen time
  • Alarm settings
