Boiler Controller – with fan & pump AC motor speed control

An existing customer was using our SmartFan Nimbus AC motor speed control to regulate fan speed in their electronic design and manufacturing solution for a boiler controller. The boiler controller consisted of 9 separate parts that needed to be mounted and wired together, an expensive and time consuming task.

A sample of their boiler controller was sent to CRI for evaluation. Our electronic design and manufacturing engineers were able to eliminate 6 parts and still provide all needed functionality in a reduced size boiler controller with AC motor speed control as shown below. The customer was thrilled that our electronic design and manufacturing engineers were able to eliminate the expensive labor, cables and parts. Pricing came in at a fraction of the previous boiler controller with AC motor speed control design.
